Breathing in ImplOSion

There were times, like this morning, although it may have begun last evening; when it simply felt that the room inside was filled to capacity. That she would, at some unannounced moment, have an implosion of magnitude proportions, but no one would see.
And she would feel it.
Experience tells her; breathe, breathe, breathe.
Not fast, she tells herself.
Slow, slow, and slow. In through the nostrils out through the mouth. Now alternate, she would think. Nose, nose, nose, mouth, nose, mouth.
Oh brilliant!, she thought. Timeless ancient breathing.
A natural phenomenal response for resting in the now
